Boarding for Dogs
Types of accommodations: In order to meet the varying requirements and needs of dog owners, we offer a variety of boarding experiences. Pets who share an enclosure may receive a 50% discount but must be from the same family.
Regular Dog Boarding
$16 per night for dogs over 35 pounds
$13 per night for dogs less than 35 pounds
50% discount for dogs sharing an enclosure
Our runs are indoor/outdoor runs which provide the dogs with shelter from the sun and rain, but still allow them the option to step into the open air portion of the run at their own choosing. The medium runs are 4 feet wide by 14 feet long and the large runs are 4 feet wide by 18 feet long. While most dogs exercise themselves adequately in their runs, we do offer the opportunity for your dog to have time out in a grass play yard for an additional fee. While the dogs all have the opportunity to observe each other and bark together as a pack, they are kept safe from each other by chain link fencing. If your dog loves action and other dogs, the regular boarding experience will keep him happy!
Toy Dog House
$17.00 a night
50% discount for dogs sharing an enclosure
For our smallest guests we have a separate building with apartment style rooms for each dog. They each have a view of the outside but have the comfort and privacy of their own rooms. Included in our toy dog experience is the use of one of the two large play yards as well as the opportunity to take a dip in the doggie pool on those hot days! If your little one is more of a shy homebody, then toy dog offers both the fun of seeing other dogs along with much more privacy in a quieter, calmer atmosphere.
Ohana Runs
$20 per night for large Ohana
$18 per night for medium Ohana
50% of the regular boarding rate for additional dogs sharing the enclosure While our regular boarding runs are large enough for two dogs, some people have a larger group of dogs who live together as a family. Our Ohana runs provide the opportunity to have 3 or more dogs together in one run. They are larger than our regular runs and provide an additional inside sleeping area. The medium Ohana room is 10 feet by 6 feet on the outside with a 6 by 4 foot inside sleeping area and our large Ohana room is 10 feet by 8 feet with and additional 8 by 4 food sleeping area. If you have multiple pets, or just want to upgrade to a larger run, then one of these two Ohana runs will work for you. Yard time is available as an additional add on service for an extra fee.
Deluxe Runs
Our deluxe runs offer the larger run experience, as well as more privacy and a quieter environment. The runs are 8 by 10 inside with a 4 x 6 outside area that allows the dogs to observe the other dogs in the deluxe compound. Solid concrete walls between each kennel provides more privacy for your dog and each dog is provided with exercise time out in one of the two large play yards as part of the deluxe experience.
VIP
The ultimate in boarding is a stay in one of our “Very Important Pet” suites. We have two large VIP suites which feature glass block, sky lights, central air conditioning, ceramic tile walls and floors and a play yard with a play pool. 8 by 10 foot rooms, each with their own outside lanai area will give your pet the space, privacy and quiet he or she deserves! In our separate VIP building we also have a special room with a bay window and sliding glass door to a private lanai. This is our only room specifically designed so that the family with a dog and cat who are “best friends” can actually share a room together. Yard time is included for the canine guest, but the kitty will have to content herself with sunning in the bay window or taking a stroll out into the completely enclosed lanai.
Regardless of which option you chose, we provide bedding, water and food bowls for all our guests as well as lots of TLC, but you are welcome to bring any special toys, treats or bedding if you thing it would make your pet feel more at home.
Feeding
Our standard kennel food is Eukanuba. The Eukanuba line offers a wide variety of food which allows us to customize your pets menu to fit their age, activity level, taste preferences and health issues such as food allergies. If your pet is on a prescription diet or a home cooked diet you may bring your own food. All of our diets are computerized for consistency and accuracy.
Medication
There is no extra charge to administer medication to your pet. All of our medication schedules are computer generated to insure that your pet receives the proper medication at the prescribed time.
